Our quiet, private one acre offers a refreshing and relaxing place in the midst of the city. It’s on Fish Creek, and next door to the Coastal Trail which spans 60 miles and has won Anchorage the “Best City Trails in America” first place award.

We are within ten minutes or less of several banks, 35 delightful restaurants, downtown, convention and meeting facilities, the airport, tourist attractions and most desired visitor attractions. A few of the close by tourist attractions include:

Lake Hood – the largest float plane base in the entire world
